The applicant seeks direction to Respondent No.3 to take up, hear and decide his appeal bearing Externment Appeal No.175 of 2025. The appeal is filed by the applicant on 4th December, 2025. The same is yet to be taken up for consideration by Respondent No.3. The applicant has also filed stay application along with this appeal. The same is also yet to be taken up for consideration. 2.

Learned Advocate for Applicant states that the applicant is willing to contest ensuing Zilla Parashad Election. The last date for filling up the form is on 22nd January, 2026. He submits that he has received these instructions only on 17th January, 2026. 3.

Learned APP strenuously opposed the prayer contending that no such averment is made in the present application. Sajakali Jamadar

Be that as it may, the stay application filed by the applicant shall be decided by Respondent No.3 on or before 30th January, 2026. 5.

Since the applicant intends to contest the Zilla Parishad Election, he is permitted to enter in Sindhudurg District and visit the office of Tahsildar Kudal, District-Sindhudurg on 21st January, 2026 for filling up the form in Zilla Parishad Election. 6.

The applicant shall immediately leave Sindhudurg District after filling up the form.

The appeal of the applicant be decided expeditiously. 8.

With the above directions, Criminal Application is disposed of.
