By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking the following relief:

"A. This Hon'ble Court in exercise of its jurisdiction under section 528 of BNSS be pleased to quash and set aside the FIR arising out of C.R. No. 629 of 2025 registered against the applicant with Bazarpeth Police Station, Kalyan, for the offences punishable under sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 34 of IPC." 2.
