By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief in prayer clause 23(a): "23(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the FIR bearing C.R. No. 166 of 2023 registered by the officers of Sanghvi Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad for offences punishable under section 120-B, 381, 406, 420, 427 of Indian Penal Code 1860 and under section 66(b) of Information Technology (Amended) Act, 2000 against the present Applicant in the interest of justice." Mr. Prasanna Malshe, learned APP, on instructions from Investigation Officer, submits that the Applicant is not named in the FIR No.166 of 2023.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Malshe, Mr. Mundargi, learned Advocate for the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file appropriate proceeding in the event the Applicant is arrayed or named in the chargesheet.

Mr. Malshe, learned APP does not object to the said request.

In view of the above, leave to withdraw this Application is granted with liberty as prayed. 6.

Criminal Application No.105 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
