Mr. Vashi, learned Senior Advocate for the Applicant submits that the grievance of the Applicant in the present Application is to the imposition of bail condition No. 5. He submits that the Order granting bail neither refers to the reasons for imposing such a harsh condition nor does the Order contain any material so as to even remotely indicate the Applicant to be a flight risk. He submits that the Sessions Judge has recorded that the Applicant during the period of interim bail has not breached any of the bail conditions.
