By the present Application, Applicant has sought for the following relief :

"(a) This Hon'ble Court by invoking inherent powers U/s. 528 of the B.N.S.S. may be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned F.I.R. No. 1038 of 2025 registered with Hinjewadi Police Station, Pune, and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom qua the Applicants." 2.

After having heard the Application for some time, Mr. Talwalkar

1.APL122.2026.doc Kamran Shaikh sought a pass over to take instructions. After some time, at the request of Mr. Kamran Shaikh, the Application is taken up. He on instructions from the Applicants craves leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file an application before the Trial Court seeking discharge at the appropriate stage.

Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the State does not object to the request made by Mr. Kamran Shaikh. 4.

In view of the above, leave granted to withdraw the Application with liberty to file application before the Trial Court seeking discharge at appropriate stage. If such application is filed, same be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.

Criminal Application No. 122 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as above.
