The applicant has been granted bail by the Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai, by an order dated 31st January, 2026, Digitally signed by SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI Date:

2026.02.10 10:59:21 +0530 SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI upon furnishing a PR Bond of Rs.1,00,000/- and a surety in the like amount.

The prayer of the applicant to release him on provisional cash security, has not been acceded to by the learned Sessions Judge.

The applicant could not furnish surety though the order was passed on 31st January, 2026.

Having regard to the nature of the indictment, the applicant can be directed to be released on furnishing cash security in lieu of surety, provisionally for a period of 30 days. 6.

The application stands disposed with the modification in the impugned order to the effect that the applicant is permitted to furnish provisional cash security in lieu of surety for a period of 30 days.

7.

Rest of the conditions imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, remain unaltered.

8.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.

The application stands disposed.
