Heard Mr. Pavan Udbale, learned Advocate for the Applicants and Mr. Prasanna Malshe, learned APP for the Respondent/State.

Mr. Pavan Udbale, learned Advocate for the Applicants, by referring to the Award dated 13 September 2025 passed by the Lok Adalat, Family Court, Bandra, states that both the parties had settled the dispute which was subject matter of Criminal Application No.9 of 2025. He submits that in view of the settlement, Respondent No.2 was supposed to give no objection for quashing of the Crime No.131 of 2025 registered
(4) APL-258.26.DOCX with the Nirmal Nagar Police Station, Mumbai. He submits that the said no objection was supposed to be given by the Respondent No.2 within 15 days. He submits that Respondent No.2 has resiled from the said compromise. He, therefore, on instructions from the Applicants, craves leave to withdraw the present Application to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to the Applicants to enforce the Lok Adalat's Award.

Mr. Prasanna Malshe, learned APP for the Respondent/State, does not object to the said request. 4.
In view of the statement made by Mr. Pavan Udbale, learned Advocate for the Applicants, leave granted to withdraw this Application with liberty as prayed for. (ASHWIN D. BHOBE, J.)
