By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following relief:

a) that this Hon'ble Court may direct the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate First Class 4th Court, Vasai to hear the Domestic Violence Application No. 280/2023 expeditiously as early as possible and conclude within stipulated time frame as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper.

Ms. Anjali Nimbkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to withdraw the Arjun

7-APL-275-2026.doc present Application with liberty to make a request at the first instance before the Judicial Magistrate First Class 4th Court, Vasai to expedite the disposal of the Application dated 25th July, 2025 for interim reliefs filed under Section 23 of the Protection Of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned APP submits that recourse as proposed by Ms. Anjali Nimbkar, would be appropriate. 4.

In view of the request made by Ms. Anjali Nimbkar, leave granted to withdraw this Application with liberty as prayed. 5.

Criminal Application No. 275 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
