By the present Application the Applicant has sought for the following prayer relief:

a) Quash and set aside the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the Applicant by the Learned District Judge-8 Addl. Session Judge Thane Court in Spl. Case No.646 of 2021 vide order dated 07/02/2026 2.

Ms. Shilpa Talhar, learned APP submits that the NonBailable Warrant was issued on account of non-appearance of the Applicant. She submits that the Roznama would indicate that exemption sought for by the Applicant was rejected. She therefore Arjun

1-APL-311-2026.doc submits that proper recourse would be to apply before the same Court who had issued the Non-Bailable Warrant. 3.

In view of the above, Mr. Abhinav Dubey, craves leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to approach the Sessions Court, Thane with an Application requesting for cancellation of the Non-Bailable Warrant.

Criminal Application No. 311 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as above.
