Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

This application is preferred by the applicant, aggrieved by an order of issuance of non-bailable warrant against the applicant, who is facing prosecution in Special Case No. 0100485/2021.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that, on 05th February, 2026, non-bailable warrant was issued against the applicant, as he could not appear before the Court. It was the first date on which the applicant had failed to appear before the Special Court, that too on account of pressing circumstances. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicant is willing to appear before the Special Court on the next scheduled date i.e. 26th February, 2026. SAINATH 1/2

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the applicant deserves an opportunity to appear before the learned Special Judge and seek cancellation of the non-bailable warrant. The applicant shall appear before the learned Special Judge on 26th February, 2026.

In the event, the applicant appears and seeks cancellation of non-bailable warrant, the learned Special Judge is requested to consider the same in the light of the submissions on behalf of the applicant that, he had been appearing before the Special Court regularly and will continue to regularly appear before the Special Court.

In the meanwhile, the execution and operation of the nonbailable warrant issued against the applicant on 05th February, 2026 shall remain stayed till 26th February, 2026. 7.

The application stands disposed.
