By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for following substantive relief:

a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside FIR No. 701 of 2025 dated 16.09.2025 registered with the MIDC Police Station u/s 69 of BNS and chargesheet filed by the Respondent which is numbered as C.C. No: 3554/PW/2025.

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Ranjeet Pawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the learned Arjun

9-APL-320-2026.doc Trial Court at the appropriate stage. He submits that upon the Application for discharge being filed before the Trial Court, the same be directed to be considered expeditiously. 3.

Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned APP does not object to the request made by Mr. Ranjeet Pawar.

In view of the request made by Mr. Ranjeet Pawar, leave granted to withdraw the present Application with liberty as prayed for. If such Application is filed before the learned Trial Court at the appropriate stage, the same be considered expeditiously on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Criminal Application No. 320 of 2026, is disposed of as withdrawn.
