(a) Quash and set aside the Impugned Order dated 10th February, 2025 whereby the Ld. Magistrate issued process against the Petitioners in the Said Compliant i.e. CC No. SS/2445/2024 pending before the Ld. Judicial Magistrates First Class, 39th Court, Vile Parle, Mumbai;

(b) Quash and set aside the said Complaint bearing No. SS/2245/2024 filed by the Respondent No. 2 before Ld. Judicial Magistrate First Class 39th Court, Vile Parle against the Petitioner as the same being devoid of merits. Arjun
