Heard Mr. Owais Jahagirdar, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that though bail granted to the Applicant, was cancelled at the instance of Complainant/Informant. He submits that by inadvertence the said Complainant/Informant remained to be joined as a party-Respondent in the present Criminal Application. He therefore craves leave to add Informant/Complainant as Respondent No. 2 in the present Criminal Application and requests for listing of the matter on 07.03.2026.

In view of the above, leave granted to add the Complainant/Informant as party-Respondent No. 2 in the present Criminal Application. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 4.

Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned A.P.P. waives service of notice on behalf of the State/Respondent. Mr. Kuldeep Nikam, learned Advocate appears and states that he has instructions to waive service of notice on behalf of Respondent No. 2. 6.

Mr. Owais Jahagirdar, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that after amendment, copies of amended Criminal Application would be furnished to the Respondents within a period of 2 days from today.

At the request of Mr. Owais Jahagirdar, learned Advocate for the Applicant and by consent of the parties, list the matter on 7th March 2026.
