By the present Application the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief :- "This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside FIR No.314/2025 dated 31.05.2025 registered at Khed Police Station, Pune Rural for the alleged offences under Sections 352(2), 352 of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2) (va) of the SC/ST Act, 1989, together with the Chargesheet and consequential proceedings arising therefrom bearing Special Case No. 98 of 2025 pending for adjudication before Ld. Sessions Court Khed, Rajgurunagar, Pune;"

Mr. Ameya Deshpande, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant craves leaves to withdraw the present application with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the trial Court at the appropriate stage. Ms. Shilpa Talhar learned APP does not object to the said request made by Mr.

In view of the statement made by the Mr. Ameya Deshpande leave granted to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the trial Court at the appropriate stage. If such application is filed the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.

The Criminal Application No. 346 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
