By the present application, the applicant has sought for the following substantive reliefs in Prayer Clause (6-A) :- "A. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside FIR, Chargesheet, order dated 13/02/2025 of taking cognizance and consequential proceedings bearing CC No.1030/PW/2025 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class 44th court at Andheri, Mumbai against the Applicant in connection with CR No.690/2024 registered at Versova Police station, Mumbai for the offences punishable under section 79,351(2) and 324(2) of Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita on such terms and conditions as the Hon'ble Court deems fit."

Mr. Viral Rathod, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant who is present is the court craves leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file an application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the

In view of the statement made by Mr. Viral Rathod, learned Advocate for the Applicant leave granted to withdraw the Application with liberty as prayed. If an Application seeking discharge is filed before the Trial Court, same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Criminal Application No. 356 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
