Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant will appear before the learned Special Judge on or before 5th May, 2026, as may be directed by the Court. However, in the meanwhile, the execution of the bailable warrant issued by the learned Special Judge by an order dated 7th March, 2026 be stayed.

Perused the order sheet dated 7th March, 2026. As none appeared for the accused No.2 - applicant in the instant application, the learned Special Judge has issued a bailable warrant against the applicant.

In view of the statement on behalf of the applicant that the applicant is willing to appear before the learned Special Judge, let the applicant appear before the learned Special Judge on 6th April, 2026.

The applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application to enlarge the applicant on bail, on 6th April, 2026. 6.

In the event such an application is filed, the learned Special Judge is requested to decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.

7.

In the meanwhile, the execution and operation of the order dated 7th March, 2026, whereby bailable warrant has been issued against the applicant - accused No.2, shall remain stayed till 7th April, 2026.

The application stands disposed.
