By this praecipe dated 09.04.2026, Mr. Prajit Sahane, learned Advocate for the Applicant, requests for correction of typographical error in the Order dated 02.04.2026, in paragraph Nos. 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12 and 13. The error is in typing the name of Prithviraj Pawar. He states that instead of typing Prithviraj Pawar, the name is wrongly typed as Prithviraj Patil. 2.

Ms. Pallavi Dabholkar, learned APP for the Respondent - State, confirms the said error.
