By the present Criminal Application, the Applicant has sought for the following reliefs in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b):- a) Quash and set aside FIR No. 0319/2025 dated 29.09.2025 registered at Walchandra Nagar Police Station, Pune Rural, for offences punishable under Sections 64(2)(m), 85, 82(2), 318(4), 316(2), 115(2), 352, 351(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023; Sections 4, 6 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012; and Sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006, insofar as they relate to Accused Nos. 1 to 8; b) Quash and set aside the charge-sheet filed under Section 194 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and all consequential proceedings, including Session Special Case No. Arjun

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Krishnakant Pandey, learned Advocate for the Applicants craves leave to withdraw the present Criminal Application with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.

Request made by Mr. Krishnakant Pandey is not objected to by Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned APP for the Respondent - State. 4.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Krishnakant Pandey, leave granted to withdraw the present Application with liberty as prayed.

If Application seeking discharge is filed by the Applicant before the Trial Court, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Criminal Application No. 439 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
