By the present Application, The Applicant has sought for the following prayer relief in terms of prayer clause (b):- b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the F.I.R. bearing C.R. No. 1329 of 2025 registered with Narpoli Police Station and all consequent proceedings arising out of it.

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Ayush Pasbola, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Application Arjun

Request made by Mr. Ayush Pasbola, is not objected to by Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the Respondent - State. 4.
In view of the no objection, leave granted to withdraw the present Application with liberty as prayed for. 5.
