By the present Applicant, the Applicants have sought for the following prayer relief in terms of prayer clause (a):- a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the FIR bearing C.R.No. I-83 of 2025 registered with Khadki Police Station for the offence punishable u/s. 420, 409, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120B r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short "I.P.C.") and Section 3, 4 and 7 of Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors Act 1999 (for short "MPID Act");

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Ghanasham Jadhav, learned Advocate for the Applicants, on Arjun

2-APL-459-2026.doc instructions from the Applicants craves leave to withdraw the present Criminal Application with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. 3.

Request made by Mr. Ghanasham Jadhav is not objected to by Mrs. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP for the Respondent - State. 4.

In view of the no objection, leave granted to withdraw the present Application with the liberty as prayed. 5.

If an Application seeking discharge is filed before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Criminal Application No. 459 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
