By the present Criminal Application, the Applicant has sought for the following reliefs in terms of prayer clause (a) :- a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call for the records and proceedings in respect of FIR No. 29/2026 filed at Upnagar 2olice Station, Nashik against the present Applicant and after examining the legality and propriety thereof this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash FIR No. 29/2026 registered at Nashik Road Police Station, Nashik against the present Applicant.

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Amit Arjun

Request made by Mr. Amit Pradhan, is not objected to by Mrs. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP for the Respondent - State. 4.

In view of the no objection, leave granted to withdraw the present Criminal Application with liberty as prayed. 5.

If an Application seeking discharge is filed before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
