Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.

A limited prayer in this application is to direct the learned Magistrate to hear and decide Miscellaneous Application No. 1405 of 2025 filed by the Applicant, seeking relaxation of the condition of obtaining prior permission of the Court before leaving India imposed by the learned Magistrate by an order dated 14th December 2022. 3.
The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the application has been adjourned more than 15 times. As the Applicant is seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by the learned Magistrate while granting permission for renewal of passport, it is expedient that the application be decided expeditiously.
