Heard Mr. Giridhar Bhansali, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent.

By the present Criminal Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause 13(b) :- "b.

Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction quashing and setting aside FIR No. 574/2025 dated 25/12/2025 registered at Upnagar Police Station, Nashik City, insofar as it pertains to the Petitioner, along with all proceedings arising therefrom."

After having heard the matter for sometime, Mr. Giridhar

Request made by Mr. Giridhar Bhansali, learned Advocate for the Applicant is not objected by Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Giridhar Bhansali, leave granted to withdraw the present Criminal Application with liberty as prayed for.

If an Application seeking discharge is filed by the Applicant before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 7.

Criminal Application No. 508 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
