By the present Application, the Applicant has sought the following substantive relief :- "(a) Quash and set aside the order of cognizance taken in connection with the C. R. No.259/2018, registered with Vile Parle Police Station for the offences punishable under section 279, 338 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under section 134(a)(b) of Motor Vehicle Act, 1988."

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Sahil Salvi, learned Advocate for the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Sahil Salvi, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave granted to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file an application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. If such an application is filed, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.

Criminal Application No.510 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
