By the present Application, the Applicants have sought for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (a):- A.

Kindly invoke powers of this Hon'ble Court under the provisions of section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR bearing No. 0158/2025 registered on 29/11/2025 with the Koregaon Park Police Station, Pune for offences punishable u/s 376, 354, 354a, 107, 506, 34 of the I.P.C., 1860 & sections 4, 5, 6, 8, 12 & 17 of the P.O.C.S.O. ACT, 2012, & any consequent proceedings arising therefrom on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;

After having heard the matter for sometime, Mr. Satyam Nimbalkar, learned Advocate for the Applicants, sought a passover. Arjun

Mr. Satyam Nimbalkar, on instructions from the Applicants craves leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.

Request made by Mr. Satyam Nimbalkar, is not objected to by Ms. Pallavi Dabholkar, learned APP for the Respondent - State. 4.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Satyam Nimbalkar, learned Advocate for the Applicants, leave granted to withdraw the present Criminal Application with liberty as prayed. 5.

If an Application seeking discharge is filed before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Criminal Application No. 513 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
