By the present Application, the Applicant has sought the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (c), which reads as under:- "(c) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash F.I.R. Bearing Crime No.780 of 2025 dated 11th November, 2025 registered by M.H.B. Colony Police Station under sections 316(2) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyay Suraksha, 2023 against the Applicant;"

Mrs. Rajeshree Newton, learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that the investigation is in progress and that the chargesheet has not yet been filed.

Mr. Shailesh Kantharia, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a composite petition if the chargesheet in Crime No. 780 of 2025 is filed and cognizance is taken by the Court having jurisdiction. This request made by Mr. Shailesh Kantharia is not objected to by Mrs. Rajeshree Newton, learned APP for the State. 4.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Shailesh Kantharia, leave is granted to withdraw the present Application with liberty as prayed. 5.

All contentions of the parties remain open.

This Criminal Application No.625 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
