By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following relief in terms of prayer clause (a):- a.

by a Writ of Mandamus or in by any other appropriate writ order, direction, your Lordship be pleased to quash and set aside the FIR No.0042/2026 dated 13/01/2026 filed at the instance of Respondent No. 2 with Panvel City Police Station, District Raigad and annexed at Exhibit - B hereto.

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Gavnekar learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Criminal Arjun

Mrs. Rajeshree Newton, learned APP for the Respondent - State, does not object to the request made by Mr. Gavnekar, learned Advocate for the Applicant.

In view of the no objection, leave granted to withdraw the present Application with liberty as prayed.

If an Application seeking discharge is filed before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Criminal Application No. 672 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
