By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following prayer relief in terms of prayer clause (a):- a.

this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the F.I.R. being C. R. No. 11 OF 2026 dated 20.01.2026 registered with Sarkarwada Police Station, Nashik for offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 351(2) and 352 against the Applicant;

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Krutik Veera, learned Advocate for the Applicant sought a passover. After some time, at his request, the matter was taken up. 3.

Mr. Krutik Veera, learned Advocate, on instructions from the Arjun

Request made by Mr. Krutik Veera is not objected to by Mr. Ameet Palkar, learned APP for the Respondent - State. 5.

In view of the no objection, leave granted to withdraw the present Application with liberty as prayed.

If an Application seeking discharge is filed by the Applicant before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 7.

Criminal Application No. 673 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
