By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (a):- a) This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash and set aside Charge sheet filed in connection with FIR No. 164 of 2025 registered with Bhayandar Police Station, Thane along with Special Case NO. 59 of 2025 pending before Ld. District Judge-7 and Additional Sessions Judge, Thane; 2.

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Virendra Pethe, learned Advocate for the Applicant, sought a passover. At his request, the matter was taken up after some time. He, on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to withdraw the Arjun

Mrs. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP for the Respondent - State, does not object to the request made by Mr. Virendra Pethe. 4.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Virendra Pethe, learned Advocate for the Applicant and the no objection by Mrs. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP, leave is granted to withdraw the present Application with liberty as prayed.

If an Application seeking discharge is filed by the Applicant before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 6.

Criminal Application No. 679 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
