Mr. Mahendra Sandhyanshiv, learned Advocate, appears and states that he has instructions to appear for Respondent No. 2. He states that the subject matter of the impugned FIR is a commercial transaction between two businessmen. He submits that both the parties have amicably resolved the matter and intend to seek quashing of the impugned FIR by consent.
