By the present Anticipatory Bail Application, the Applicant has sought the following substantive reliefs in prayer clause (b):- "b. That considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the onerous condition imposed on the Applicant in MA No. 647 of 2025 para 2 (ii) vide order dated 13.03.2026." 2.

Mr. Rishi Bhuta, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Anticipatory Bail Application. The request for withdrawal is not opposed by Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the State.
