Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant and perused the order passed by this Court on 26 March 2026 in APL No.357 of 2026 and the subsequent order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, this Court is of the view that a quietus to the matter can only be given by directing the Applicant to appear before the learned Special Judge and furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- and one or two sureties in the like amount or cash security of Rs.5,000/- in lieu of personal surety to appear before the learned Special Judge.

The Applicant shall appear before the learned Special Judge and furnish personal bond of Rs.5,000/- and one or two sureties in the like amount SSP 1/2
