Though we are extremely slow in issuing directions to a Judicial Authority, in this matter, since we are informed that the hearing has been scheduled on 8th May 2026, we direct that the learned Court would ensure that the hearing is concluded on 8th May, 2026, and an Order is passed on or before 12th May, 2026. 4.

With the above directions, this Criminal Application is disposed off.
