By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following relief in terms of prayer clause (a) :- a. Criminal case No. : 442/PW/2010 arising out of FIR No. 189/2010 registered at the instance of the First Informant for offence under sections 341, 452, 504, 506, 427 r/w 34 IPC, 1860 presently pending on Learned Metropolitan Magistrate's 27th Court, Mulund, Mumbai be quashed;

After having heard the matter for some time, Ms. Priyanka Nayak, learned Advocate for the Applicant sought a passover to take instructions from the Applicant. After some time, at her request this Criminal Application was taken up. 4.
Ms. Priyanka Nayak, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to unconditionally withdraw the present Application.

The request made by Ms. Priyanka Nayak, is not objected by Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the Respondent - State. 6.
In view of the statement made by Ms. Priyanka Nayak, learned Advocate for the Applicant and the no objection given by Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP, leave is granted to withdraw the present Application.
