By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following relief in terms of prayer clause (a) :- a. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to invoke its inherent powers under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, and be pleased to quash and set aside the Impugned FIR dated 27.08.2024 bearing C.R. No. 0418 of 2024 registered with Loni Kalbhor Police Station Pune, for offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and all future proceedings arising therefrom; including the final report / chargesheet; Arjun

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Marmik Shah, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file appropriate proceedings in the event chargesheet is filed against the Applicant.

The request made by Mr. Marmik Shah, learned Advocate for the Applicant, is not opposed by Mrs. Rajeshree Newton, learned APP for the Respondent - State.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Marmik Shah, learned Advocate for the Applicant and the no objection by Mrs. Rajeshree Newton, learned APP, leave is granted to withdraw the present Application with liberty as prayed.
