At 11.00 a.m., Mr. Rahul Arote, learned Advocate for the Applicant, circulated a praecipe for taking up this Application on an urgent basis. Praecipe is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. At the request of Mr. Rahul Arote, this Application was ordered to be taken up on the 'Production List'. 2.

By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following reliefs in prayer clause (a) :-

"a) The Hon'ble court be pleased to modify the clause 2 of the operative part of the order dated 26.06.2026 and permit the Applicant No.2 to return on 18.06.2026 instead of 17.06.2026. on such terms and condition that this court may deem fit and proper."

Mr. Rahul Arote, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that the Special Court for CBI at Greater Mumbai was pleased to allow the Application at Exhibit - 375 filed by the Applicant and permit the Applicant to travel abroad in terms of the conditions at paragraph No. 6 (1 to 11) of the Order dated 26.06.2026. He submits that the Applicant is seeking an extension of time to return to India. He submits that, as the permission to travel was granted by the Special Court for CBI at Greater Mumbai, he would apply to the Special Court for CBI at Greater Mumbai with an appropriate Application seeking an extension of the time to return to India. He requests that, in view of the urgency of the matter and the time expiring on 17.06.2026, he would file an Application before the Special Court for CBI at Greater Mumbai on 10.06.2026. He requests that the Special Court for CBI at Greater Mumbai be directed to consider it expeditiously. 4.

The Applicant is at liberty to file an Application before the Special Court for CBI at Greater Mumbai seeking an extension

of time to return to India. If such an Application is filed, it shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously, after affording the CBI an opportunity of hearing, given that the time to return to India expires on 17.06.2026. 5.

In view of the above, Mr. Rahul Arote, learned Advocate for the Applicant, states that this Application be disposed of.
