Applicants seek bail in Crime No. 773 of 2025, registered with Tebhurni Police Station, Solapur Rural, for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 351(2), 351(3), 352, 126(2), 189(2) and 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Prosecution case is that when the informant was going to give greetings to his relative at that time suddenly five persons came who were waring orange cap and orange pancha. They told him why "तु मोा क कढल, मोाम्येिवजीमहरजयंा एकेरीउलेखक केल वतुमहरजयंन अप्द क वपरल." On that count they told him that they will not leave him and
{2} one of them was taking video shooting from his mobile. Out of them two persons removed two bottles and poured it on his head. Due to which his body and clothes were stained with dirty oil. There was burning sensation on his body and eyes.

Heard the learned advocate for applicants and learned APP for State instructed by the investigating officer. Perused the record. 4.
Taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR and injury certificate of the informant, which shows simple injury and as forensic report shows that the liquid poured on the informant was not acid and as the applicants are in jail since 15.12.2025, their further pre-trial custodial detention is not necessary in the facts of the present case.

In the result, application is allowed.

Applicants- Ashubhau Alias Ashutosh Sudarshan Dhawale, Vikas Vilas Pawar, Rushikesh Kisan Chavhan, Kumar Rajaram Dhobale and Vijay alias Vijayraj Devidas Parade be released on bail in Crime No. 773 of 2025, registered with Tebhurni Police Station, Solapur Rural, for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 351(2), 351(3), 352, 126(2), 189(2) and 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, on executing Personal Bond of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

Till filing of charge sheet, applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer and shall co-operate in the investigation. Applicants shall not tamper the prosecution evidence.
