Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned special prosecutor for respondent No.1 and learned APP for respondent No.2. 2.

Learned special counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the applicant is an habitual offender. Two offences under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, are registered against her. The police had to run from pillar to post to arrest her as she was absconding for couple of months and she has destroyed all the evidence against her. The SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Sassoon Hospital at Pune has all facilities like private hospital and the SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date: 2026.01.16 14:16:22 +0530 applicant can take treatment at Sassoon Hospital as she is languished in jail at Pune.

It is contention of learned counsel for the application that considering the delicate medical condition of the applicant, she is required to undergo medical treatment in private hospital. 4.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, call report from the Dean of Sasoon Hospital regarding facilities available at Sassoon Hospital at Pune.

The report of the Medical Officer of the Yerwada Central Jail submitted before this Court be annexed to the letter at the time of calling report of Dean, Sasoon Hospital, Pune.
