Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the ground of arrest are not given to the applicant in writing and as such on these ground alone, he is entitled for bail. He therefore, submits that co-accused has been granted bail by this Court order dated 09.04.2026 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 3143 of 2025. Apart from this, it is submitted that applicant was produced before the Magistrate, during the first remand, without mask on his face and as such the identification parade conducted subsequently would get vitiated.
