Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is behind bar for more than six years. She further submits that charge has been framed against the applicant in the year 2022 but thereafter, not a single witness has been examined.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant, call report from the concerned Judge as to why there is no progress in the trial though the applicant is behind bar for more than six years. 4.

The Registrar (Judicial-I) to communicate this order to the concerned Judge and call report from the concerned judge by next date. 5.
