The learned A.P.P. submits that the trial is at the fag end. Already 20 witnesses are examined and hardly 4-5 witnesses are remained to be examined.

In this view of the matter, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application and prayed to grant liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court, in case, the trial is not concluded within three months.

Permission granted. The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
