By order dated 25th June 2025, this Court had permitted the Applicant to withdraw the application with liberty to revive the application for bail after six months. 2.

Mr. Abhinav Dubey, learned Counsel for the Applicant, submits that, in view of the fact that the Applicant was permitted to revive his request for bail after six months, he seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application to file a fresh application before the Trial Court pursuant to the 14th January 2026

Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty.
