He sought permission to withdraw the said interim application. Permission was accordingly granted. However, the said order is inadvertently recorded in bail application.

The order dated 21st January, 2026 be recorded in Interim Application (Stamp) No.291 of 2026 in Criminal Bail Application No.64 of 2026.
