Mr. Gaurav Bhawnani, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, submits that co-accused, i.e., the mother of the Victim, has been granted interim protection by order dated 25th September 2025 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 2.

In any case, he states that the Victim's mother will cooperate with the investigation so as to enable Investigating 16th January 2026

5-BA-83-2026.DOC Agency to file a supplementary charge-sheet against the Applicant in the Trial Court.

Ms. Anuja Gotad, learned APP representing the State in the matter, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, states that supplementary charge-sheet will be filed within a period of 15 days from today subject to co-operation of the coaccused namely, the mother of the Victim, with the police officers.

The learned Trial Court is requested to frame charges and record the statement of the Victim within a period of one month after the charge-sheet is filed.

Considering the peculiar facts in the present case, stand over to 4th March 2026.
