This is the second bail application. In the earlier bail application filed by the applicant bearing criminal application (BA) No.1130 of 2025, this Court has passed the following order :

"1. After hearing both the learned Counsel on merits, when this Court has shown its disinclination to grant relief, the learned Counsel for the applicant requested to hear him as the grounds of arrest were not informed to the applicant, as per latest judgment it is mandatory.

2. Place the matter along with other connected matters on 05.12.2025 for hearing in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Vihaan Kumar V. State of Haryana and Anr. [(2025) 5 SCC 799]".

This Court has heard the matter on merits and shows its disinclination to grant the relief. This Court has thought it fit to continue the same application and to be heard on the other ground i.e. "ground of arrest" and accordingly, this Court has considered the same application of the applicant and ultimately, on that

2 32.BA.88.2026 ground also reject the application vide order dated 12.12.2025 along with the other batch of applications. 3.

Admittedly, considering the fact that this Court has already shown its disinclination to grant any relief on merits and as there is no any change in circumstances to entertain the application, I do not intend to reassess the entire material once-again and hence, the present application is rejected.
