Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State.

By this Application, the Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.0516/2025 dated 11/12/2025 registered with Nandgaon Police Station, Dist. Nashik for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 118(1), 118(2), 3(5), 351(2), 351(3), 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

It is prosecution's case that on 29/11/2025, Applicant and coaccused assaulted the first informant with fighter and axe with intention to kill him. It is alleged that due to the said assault, first informant has suffered grievous injuries and his two teeth were broken. 4.
It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that
Applicant is behind bars for more than 3 months. Investigation is completed and chargesheet has been filed. The co-accused, having similar allegations, has been released on anticipatory bail by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik. Hence Applicant is entitled for bail on principle of parity and requested to allow the application. 5.
It is contention of learned APP that Applicant assaulted the first informant with fighter and axe. Due to which, the first informant has suffered grievous injuries. If Applicant is released on bail, he may abscond or threaten the prosecution witnesses and requested to reject the application.

I have heard both learned counsel. Perused charge-sheet and documents produced on record.

The Applicant is behind bars for more than three months. Applicant has no antecedents. Investigation is completed and chargesheet has been filed. It may take time to conclude the trial. 8.
Considering these facts, I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) The Applicant- Vikramsinhgh Anantrao Inamdar be released on bail in Crime No.0516/2025 dated 11/12/2025 registered with Nandgaon Police Station, Dist. Nashik, on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The Applicant shall inform his latest place of residence and mobile number immediately after being released and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time to the Investigating Officer.
(iii) The Applicant shall not enter in the jurisdiction of Nandgaon Police Station till framing of charge.
(iv) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the prosecution witnesses.
(v) The Trial Court shall decide the case on its own merits and in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the observations made in this order. (vi) Bail Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.)
