After hearing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to grant bail, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions seeks withdrawal of the present application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court, in case the trial is not commenced within six months.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
