After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Mr. Prachish Shukla, learned counsel for the Applicants, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application. Permission is granted. 2.
Ms. Megha Bajoria, learned APP representing the State, on instructions, states that charges have been framed and on the next date i.e. on 7th February, 2026, the prosecution shall comply with the procedure under Section 3rd February 2026
