The learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application and prayed to grant liberty to file a fresh application before the trial Court, in case, the trial is not concluded within one year.

The trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within one year, considering the age of the applicant and the fact that the applicant is in jail since one year.
