When this Court has shown its disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, seeks withdrawal of the present application with liberty to file a fresh application before the trial Court, as and when the Forensic report is received in respect of the mobile phone which was seized by the Investigating Agency from the present applicant, as could be gathered that the present applicant has deleted the material data.

Permission granted. The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
